Hi I saw your video and it made me think about the situated learning concept that I had studied several years ago were context is a very important element in the learning processes. Now you talk about the conteiner and it is like the same idea. It is interesting because this applies to the organisational structures that are so rigid that they unabble people to be creative. So my thinking is how organizations could at the same time function and aloud people to be creative and to be spontaneous. It is a big chalenge for me to figure up. OST gives some elements but I don't know an organisation that is based on this kind of perpective. Do you know if that exists? Or something similar to it? Adriana

Great introduction to self-organizing systems and the co-evolution of the knowledge containers within an organizatin or community.
