Possible Open Space Event - March / April 2012 - NHS Equality and Diversity

Dear colleagues. I am currently planning two national equality, diversity and human rights conferences on behalf of the NHS. These are scheduled for March / April 2012 - and one will be in Manchester / Leeds and one in London. We are looking to break away from the traditional conference format slightly this year - and rather than have the "usual" workshop sessions - we are looking to have these as Open Space sessions. This would bascially be roughly a two hour slot in which we would be looking for delegates to be encouraged to raise their issues and find solutions to their problems.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has operated in this way before and / or who might be interested in submitting an expression of interest to undertake this role.
