Pedagogical video of an Open Space

This short video aims to enable anyone to understand what are the main steps of an Open Space and how does it work.

This video is made from an open space that I facilitated for a client a couple of month ago.

Hope you will enjoy it,

Unleashing Leadership Toronto 2009

Check out the ning site created by those of us attending Unleashing Leadership in Ourselves and Our Organizations. www.unleashingleadership.ning.com It was a great series of OS conversations from November 11-13, 2009. Harrison Owen stimulated our thinking and playing. You might find the topics and ongoing discussion interesting. Certainly the pictures show the fun on a lake north of Toronto.
