Our Canadian Identity
By Kathie Wallace
In 1972, when Paul Henderson became the “Magic Man” in hockey for Canada, I and millions of Canadians stopped our lives to listen breathlessly as we won the Summit Series over the Russians.
The score was tied 5-5 and the series was also tied. With 34 seconds left in the game, Henderson scored to win for Canada. It was called “the goal heard around the world”.
I will always… Continue

Father Brian Bainbridge passed away in his sleep, early morning on Tuesday, February 2, 2010. It was a sad surprise to us all - in fact, he just sent out an Open Space OZ newsletter the evening before.
Some of us know him by sitting with him at WOSonOSs around the world, as he shared his stories and learnings of using Open Space everywhere from the World Bank to his church parish community. Most recently he joined some of his international… Continue

An Open Space on Open Space (OSonOS) is a conference all in Open Space format, about Open Space, for facilitators and others who use Open Space in their work in organizations and communities. Not a workshop. Not a training. Really a user's conference for people who know and use OS. Like the World OSonOS (WOSonOS) which is happening in Berlin this May (see you there!), it is a knowledge-sharing conference in and about OS.
We are working on the Book of Proceedings from our recent… Continue
