- A friend introduced OST to me.

- The sense of connectedness it generates and the spiritual feeling I sometimes experience.
- How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?
- I use it as a participative method for organisational change, to involve people in the change process and create better decisions.

- I am occupied with interactive organisational change methods. Facilitating processes for clients, providing training for consultants, doing research on effectiveness, guiding students in doing research on interventions.
