- How did you first learn about OST?
- I learned of OST from the Agile Boston user group.
- What surprised you the most about this method?
- Holding a conference where the first action is to create the agenda is intriguing. The depth of inquiry was delightful and substantive.
- How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?
- You bet! I believe OST makes explicit the intentions of the community. With shared vision, we can align our energy to accomplish the impossible -- we manifest a miracle.

And have you read Harrison Owen's book, "Open Space Technology: A User's Guide"? If not, it is a great description of the process and its origin, in the words of its originator. We look forward to learning with and from you - here and on OSLIST - about all things connected to the dialogue method called Open Space...
