How did you first learn about OST?: It was recommended by a work colleague and it transformed a group of individuals into a high-performing team, almost a family.

What surprised you the most about this method?: It worked in amazing ways and allowed so many beautiful features of each person to emerge.

How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?: It builds on respect and trust.

more about you: After 18 fascinating years as a journalist and 18 more with the World Bank, I am now able to do what I want, where I want. I have seen the extraordinary outcomes from Open Space, from as few as six people to 500 from 100+ countries. It is such a force for good. When I have the privilege to open space for other and with others, I will.
