How did you first learn about OST?: Through the net and OD literature

What surprised you the most about this method?: The shear number of people involved compared to other facilitation methods

How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?: We are organizational development consulting company. We are setting up an NGO to help communities in Ghana initiate changes in their communal lives to promote self-reliant values.

more about you: I like working with people, helping people change. I facilitate learning in OD programmes in Ghana.
