How did you first learn about OST?
Through Martin Leith and Ton van der Kroon, back in 1997 or so.
What surprised you the most about this method?
That it fitted exactly with what I had just learned about the illusions of management.
How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?
It uses the only resource that every organization has plenty of: the knowledge and passion of the people.
