- My first encounter with Open Space was at OT6, the sixth international conference on organisation transformation, held in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1988. I began working with Open Space Technology immediately after that milestone event.
- What surprised you the most about this method?
- Self-organising, emergent, egalitarian, elegant.
