How did you first learn about OST?
So long ago I hardly remember...It has been part of my life for about 15 years...
What surprised you the most about this method?
It s simplicity...
How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?
Open Space principles guide me day to day...whoever comes...whatever happens...and so on. I open space very frequently with client systems (and with my co-housing community) , weaving it into designs that include Appreciative Inquiry, World Cafe, Future Search...

Passionate that we learn to live in harmony with all of the Earth community...that we bring all of ourselves to every moment and dare to be who we really are...that we find new life-affirming ways of thinking, doing and being together...that we go more slowly...is that enough?
