How did you first learn about OST?: I attended an event called Devoted and Disgruntled, lead by Improbably theatre

What surprised you the most about this method?: How much it mirrored basic human processes and allowed for such complexity and potential for conflict in such a safe and supported and effective way.

How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?: The basic principles underpin all aspects of my work as both an artist (singer, songwriter, theatre maker) and facilitator.
