How did you first learn about OST?
A swedish college, Agneta Falk, convinced the leaders of a seminar we both attended that OST would be a very effective and interesting way to make democracy and participation just happen.
What surprised you the most about this method?
Not much really - except that we all had not always made meetings that simple.
How does Open Space fit into what you do with organizations and / or communities?
... well, it always fit!

...and I love (really!) OSlist, it made me an openspacenik, and I was really scared the first time I posted there 2001 - imagined all the 400 (500?) others sitting round the globe - and I have mostly been a silent lurker since then - sitting with my swedish head and tongue, so satisfied in my comfortable almost invisible corner, in the global ring... this is something new!
