'Organisational Change From the Inside Out'
We invite you to join us in sharing the wisdom we've gained through our local network of 'Wave Riding' facilitators, consultants and Open Space practitioners - here in the West.
Our next meeting will focus on the role Open Space Technology and the principles of self organisation have played in two organizations. We will begin with a couple of real-life stories to expand our knowledge and focus our attention, then open space for a couple of hours to generate new learnings and insights for ourselves and for our practice.
1 9:00-9:10 Gathering and introductions
2 9:10-9:50 Embedding Open Space Technology at Central Institute of Technology
Open Space Technology is brilliant for moving organizations in a new direction quickly. It can however, be a much slower pace embedding it within an organization. Staff and students at Central Institute of Technology have been using Open Space Technology in a variety of settings for the last couple of years and will share their story with us.
3 9.50 -10:30 Open Space Technology at Baptistcare
Kwame Selormey has embraced Open Space Technology, self organisation and emergent design over the last five years to transform the organisational culture within
Baptistcare, and previous to that with Community Vision. He will share stories of his experiences, insights and learnings.
4 10:45-12:30 Open Space: How can it be used to bring about organizational transformation?
